After what seems like years of teasers, exclusive photos and trailer previews, the trailer for Marvel’s The Avengers is finally here. It’s a little bit special too.
Marvel Studios presents in association with Paramount Pictures Marvel’s The Avengers – the Super Hero team up of a lifetime, featuring iconic Marvel Super Heroes Iron Man, The Incredible Hulk, Thor, Captain America, Hawkeye and Black Widow. When an unexpected enemy emerges that threatens global safety and security, Nick Fury, Director of the international peacekeeping agency known as S.H.I.E.L.D., finds himself in need of a team to pull the world back from the brink of disaster. Spanning the globe, a daring recruitment effort begins.
Featuring a soundtrack from Nine Inch Nails’ 1999 album The Fragile (“We’re In This Together Now”), this really does simply bring to life (as predicted) many of the stills that we’ve already seen. However, it does feature some of the awesome banter between Captain America and Tony Stark. We can’t wait for this.
The Avengers will be released in Australia in April 2012 by Disney.
