Michael Cera, Kieran Culkin and Emily Barclay will come to Sydney, Australia for 15 performances of This Is Our Youth, a darkly funny play presented by Sydney Opera House, David Binder, Eric Schnall and Jayne Baron Sherman.
Written by Oscar & Olivier Award nominated Kenneth Lonergan (You Can Count On Me, Gangs Of New York) and directed by Mark Brokaw, one of New York’s most celebrated theatre directors, This is Our Youth is “a scathingly witty portrait of Upper West Side rich kids struggling to find some sense of place and purpose in the world”.
According to the press, the play has seen its share of names in New York and London’s West End including Mark Ruffalo, Hayden Christensen, Matt Damon, Colin Hanks, Chris Klein, Jake Gyllenhaal and Anna Paquin.
The season will run from 14 – 25 March 2012, and tickets go on sale on 10 February 2012 from the Sydney Opera House.

Dam, if I’d known Hayden Christensen was there I would have gone! Love his acting and his movies!
Are they touring with the show or will it be only on in Sydney?! As that is on the other of the world for me… 😀
As far as I know, this show is only in Sydney. They are rehearsing in New York at the moment, so there may be tours. Perhaps we are a test ground 🙂
Lucky you and a flicker of hope for me :D!
