Australia is getting the Blu-ray first, almost a month earlier, but the US campaign has begun for the mega sets surrounding the Blu-ray release of The Avengers, due out on DVD and Blu-ray in the US on September 25, and we assume this set is too.
It’s one of the biggest cinema releases of the year, and it wouldn’t take a Tony Stark to figure out that this will be the biggest Blu-ray release of the year as well. Followers of the Marvel Cinematic Universe of films will have a change to complete their collection in August/September, and these two new trailers will show us how. The first is for the Blu-ray, while the second is for the previously announced Marvel’s Cinematic Universe: Phase One – Avengers Assembled 10-disc set.
No additional details have been announced, but this might be the must-own disc of the year.
