Yippee Ki-yay, MFs! Yahoo! Movies has released the first teaser trailer for A Good Day to Die Hard, the fifth film in the franchise. It is released on 14 February 2013 in the US, and on 21 March 2013 in Australia from Fox.
Iconoclastic, take-no-prisoners cop John McClane for the first time finds himself on foreign soil after traveling to Moscow to help his wayward son Jack — unaware that Jack is really a highly-trained CIA operative out to stop a nuclear weapons heist. With the Russian underworld in pursuit, and battling a countdown to war, the two McClanes discover their opposing methods make them unstoppable heroes.
Mini Trailer Talk: This teaser is a thing of beauty. All trailers should aspire to being this succinct but iconic. We get everything we need to know about the film without giving away a single piece of plot. Of course, that will all be destroyed when the eventual full trailer arrives, but for now let us enjoy things blowing up, tight buttocks on motorbikes and soon-to-be-classic action hero quips.
