The Marvel Studios panel at San Diego Comic-Con has just announced the casting of Michelle Pfeiffer, Laurence Fishburne, Hannah John-Kamen, and Randall Park for ANT-MAN AND THE WASP.
Pfeiffer was announced as Janet Van Dyne, Fishburne is Dr. Bill Foster (aka Goliath), Park is Agent Jimmy Woo, while Hannah John-Kamen is the Ghost.
Production of the 2018 film is expected to happen as early as July this year in Atlanta, Georgia. Peyton Reed will return as the director, with star Paul Rudd and Gabriel Ferrari working on the script.
In addition to Rudd, confirmed returning cast includes Evangeline Lily as Hope Pym, Michael Douglas as Dr. Hank Pym, Michael Pena as Luis, David Dastmalchian as Kurt, and T.I. as Dave.
Rudd and Ant-Man/Giant Man were last seen in Captain America: Civil War, providing much of the comic relief and one of the more spectacular set-pieces.
