Warner Brothers Japan has released the first trailer for the live action version of BLEACH is set for release in Japan on 20 July 2018.
Directed by Shinsuke Sato, it stars Sota Fukushi, Rukia Kuchiki, Ryo Yoshizawa, Taichi Saotome and Miyavi. As several sources have pointed out, this trailer is our first reveal of the character of Keisuke Urahara, who will be portrayed in the film by Seiichi Tanabe.
The Bleach manga ran weekly between 2001 and 2016, and was collected into 74 volumes. The anime adaptation ran for 366 episodes over 14 seasons between 2004 and 2012, with four subsequent animated film spin-offs.
There is no current word on the international release.
