One of the highly anticipated Australian productions of the year is PALM BEACH, a new film starring Bryan Brown, Sam Neill, Greta Scacchi, Jacqueline McKenzie and Richard E Grant. Following the start of production last month, Entertainment One has released the first behind-the-scenes photos of Brown, McKenzie, Grant, and director Rachel Ward in action. Check them out below.

Written by Joanna Murray-Smith, thefollows a group of lifelong friends reuniting to celebrate a special birthday, with Sydney’s iconic Palm Beach providing the backdrop for the unfolding drama. The good times roll, with loads of laughter, lavish meals, flowing wine and fantastic music, but slowly tensions mount and deep secrets arise.

Currently shooting north of Sydney, the iconic beach that the locals call ‘Palmy’ is best known on screen as one of the backdrops for TV’s Home and Away. Shooting during in winter, you can see the cast valiantly putting on brave faces despite the winter weather in Sydney – which has been particularly cold this year.
