Milla Jovovich continues to be active on Twitter, giving us a few clues as to what to expect in Resident Evil: Retribution, the fifth film in the popular zombie apocalypse series. Now that principal photography has begun on the film, directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, Jovovich’s Twitter is in overdrive mode, releasing this video showing a destroyed Raccoon City today. The video is candidly narrated by Jovovich herself.
The hints so far are that we will be at least seeing some flashbacks to the original films, certainly due to some of the returning cast members. Confirmed co-stars include Sienna Guillory, Colin Salmon, Michelle Rodriguez, Shawn Roberts, Johann Urb, Kevin Durand and Boris Kodjoe.
Resident Evil: Retribution is due out in the US on 14 September 2012 from Screen Gems. No Australian release date has been announced.
