TV Guide has provider readers with a first look at fan-favourite The Governor (David Morrissey) in the third season of AMC’s The Walking Dead, based on the comic of the same name. Coupled with the inclusion of Michonne, comic fans will know where this season is going.
Creator Robert Kirkman told the Guide: “The Governor in the show is definitely going to be The Governor in the comic…he’s definitely going to be a character that people love to hate and are absolutely entertained by, but also somewhat terrified of. He’s definitely going to be a very important character and a very nuanced character. We are not going to be watering him down.”
