Marvel and DisneyXD have released the first clip from SPIDER-MAN, their new animated series about…well, Spider-Man obviously. Due to drop this “summer” in the US, this version goes back to a younger version of Peter Parker
The clip is interesting to say the least, featuring a Spider-Man in a rudimentary version of the costume similar to the one seen in clips and merchandise from the forthcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming film.
This is at least the ninth Spider-Man animated series to hit our televisions, beginning with the meme-worthy 1967 series through to Ultimate Spider-Man, which ending earlier this year. SPIDER-MAN appears to be aimed at a much younger audience.
