Burning Man to host Q & A and special screening

Bojana Novakovic in Burning Man

Burning Man posterPalace Cinemas and Paramount/Transmission have just let us know that they will host a special preview screening of Jonathan Teplitzky’s Burning Man, followed by a Q & A, on 13 October. This screening will be over a month before the general release on 17 November.

Director Jonathan Teplitzky and female lead Bojana Novakovi (Drag Me to Hell) will be in attendance to introduce the film, as well as answer questions from the audience.

Burning Man is the reckless, sexy, funny, moving and ultimately life-affirming story of Tom, a British chef in a Bondi restaurant, who seems to have decided there are no longer any rules he needs to obey. Whatever Tom is up to, his actions seem to be tolerated by those around him. As Tom descends into darkness, fragments of a different story begin to emerge. All the women in his world are trying in their own, very different ways to help put him back together.

Written and directed by Jonathan Teplitzky (Better Than SexGettin’ Sqaure), it stars Matthew Goode, Bojana Novakovic, Essie Davis, Kerry Fox and Rachel Griffiths.
